Welcome to Why Are You So Excited? I am so excited today! Do you know why? Well, because today we are going to Portland,Tennessee to look at Basset Hound puppies.And guess what?If we like the puppy we get to take it home today! So to decide who holds it first we have to draw numbers out of a hat because everyone wants to hold the puppy first.
